Photos and 2D floorplans are delivered within 24 hours. 3D floorplans and cinematic video are delivered within 48 hours. If you prefer a more coordinated launch, I can deliver everything together within 48 hours.
How will the files be delivered?
Your media arrives through a clean, branded online gallery - optimised for web, social, and print. You'll receive a download link, easy share options and ready-to-post versions for social media.
What if the weather is bad on shoot day?
If rain or heavy wind compromises the visuals (especially drone), I'll work with you to reschedule at no extra charge. Light cloud is usually fine and can actually look more cinematic.
Can I request revisions?
Absolutely - small refinements are included to ensure everything aligns with your branding and the property's feel. Larger edits or additional cuts can be arranged as add-ons.
Do you offer weekend shoots?
Yes, weekends are available on request and may incur a small additional charge.
Can owners or tenants be present?
They can be, though the smoothest results come when the space is quiet and prepped. I'll guide them on how best to help if they're home.
What areas do you service?
North Canterbury and the wider Christchurch region. For locations further away, a small travel fee may apply depending on distance. Just let me know when you're enquiring.
Do you shoot vacant homes?
Yes. Cinematic video still works beautifully in empty spaces. Visual rhythm, clean angles, and lighting bring the home to life. AI Staging is available as an add-on for video and photos upon request.
Do you offer same-day turnaround?
For urgent listings, same-day photo delivery and next-day video delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
